Shipping policy

We ship to Puerto Rico, the United States, and some international destinations. We process your order within 2–3 business days and ship via USPS for orders within PR or the USA. For international orders, we will verify the safest shipping option available for your destination.

The shipping address must be correct, as we are not responsible if the order is lost in transit due to an incorrect address. If you noticed a discrepancy in the address and the order has not yet been shipped, please send an email to jennifermaldonadoart@outlook.com with the correct address.

If the order has already been shipped and it is returned to our studio, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping again to the correct address; otherwise, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.
