Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within a 24-hour window. Write to jennifermaldonadoart@outlook.com to cancel it. If more than 24 hours have passed, please refer to the Returns Policy.

Returns
All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your purchase. No money is refunded, shipping costs are not reimbursed; instead, a store credit is issued for the cost of the item plus taxes paid, which does not expire. Due to the availability and handmade nature of our products, we do not do exchanges. All items must be unworn and must be sent in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, and the shipment must include tracking, as we are not responsible if it gets lost in transit. 

Returns Are Not Accepted For:

  1. Digital products
  2. Sale/clearance merchandise
  3. Earrings, in compliance with health and hygiene laws
  4. Personalized artwork, whether original or digital
